Auchencairn Roll of Honour
The men commemorated on Auchencairn War Memorial

How you can help
The men commemorated on the village war memorial are the main focus of this project; their involvement in the Great War has been researched more thoroughly than any of the others listed within these pages. In the main, a reasonable account can be given of their war service, but less is known of their personal/family lives. Details that are known have mostly been gleaned from official documents (birth, marriage and death certificates, and census) or newspaper reports. Any personal/family information or photographs will enable me to present a fuller picture of these men and their lives. Please read through the pages and if you think you can help get in touch via the contact form.
